Order Fulfillment

Please allow up to 48 business hours for your order to be processed and fulfilled before it is shipped. Orders are fulfilled during our warehouse business hours only.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Methods

The shipping option selected at checkout reflects the carrier's transit time after your order has been fulfilled, not the total delivery time from the date the order is placed.

UPS Next Day Air: Delivery by the next business day after fulfillment.

UPS Ground: Estimated delivery within 2–10 business days after fulfillment, depending on the destination and UPS network volume.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates provided by UPS and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other factors outside of our control.

Delivery Times and Delays

Felice is unable to guarantee a specific delivery date or time, as delivery is handled by the local carrier. Most carriers deliver packages between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by UPS and may vary, particularly during busy holiday periods.

Felice is not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather conditions, mechanical issues, labor disruptions, natural disasters, security controls, carrier scanning errors, or inaccurate or incomplete shipping information.

We do not require a signature upon delivery. The decision to leave a package unattended at the delivery address is made at the sole discretion of the individual carrier and is outside Felice’s control.

Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for verifying that all shipping information is complete and correct before submitting an order and upon receiving the order confirmation email.

The risk of loss for any product purchased through this website passes to the customer once the product has been delivered by Felice to the carrier, freight forwarder, or courier.
